They accidentally charged me twice when the cashier thought it didn’t work the first time. I checked my Chase app and saw I was charged twice. So the manager took care of it crediting one of the orders. The atmosphere needs more. More Shaq, more basketball, more something. The food tasted fresh. Mine was warm rather than hot. Shakes were good too.

We ordered the five piece tenders, big popcorn chicken, the original big chicken, crispy grilled cheese, fries and the Lucille macaroni! Price was pretty decent for everything. The food was all so good! The grilled cheese chicken sandwich 10/10! Fries were different but I enjoyed it more than my family. The macaroni had cheese it crumbles which was also interesting but macaroni was still good. Can’t wait to come back!

Flew here yesterday to experience Barrett Jackson car auction and found the most incredibly outstanding restaurant in Arizona. The customer service and upbeat positive culture created a memorable customer experience. The food was #drippin’ and tester 10 times better than any competitor. Thank you Shaq, Silas, and Steve. This crew and experience was excellent for my birthday weekend.

Absolutely AMAZING food! High quality chicken (10000% better than chick fil a chicken sandwich) and great fries, I am literally a fries connoisseur. Lighting makes the chicken look greyish but it was very white in person. Very nice people. Sadly, no one was in there but the place should’ve been packed! That’s how amazing the food is!

We ordered the Shaq attack, The Ultimate chicken sandwich along with the dirty fries. Chicken was crispy, juicy and flavorful. The strawberry lemonade was excellent without being too sweet. Kinda upset we left without a shake but it just gives me a reason to come back.

Shaq knows his chicken. I got the original sandwich, sweet potato waffle fries, and their Mac and cheese. The sandwich was fantastic. The chicken was fried well, super crunchy, still juicy inside. Super flavorful. The waffle fries were tasty. The Mac and cheese was just ok. Nothing crazy. I will have to come back and try their chicken grilled cheese. My buddy says it's remarkable.

I came here to see if this place was worth the hype. The place is super clean and the layout is very nice. I ordered the Uncle Jerome sandwich and some seasoned fries. They have a good variety of sauces you can choose from and for drinks they have a phenomenal peach tea with bits of peach in it. The chicken sandwich was seasoned well and it was alright but nothing special. My fries weren’t seasoned at all however that’s okay it just gave me a chance to try out all of the sauces. For dessert I wanted to order the enormous cookie they keep advertising however they told me they only provide it for catering orders. That was really disappointing. Overall the food is decent and I would return here.

The best chicken sandwich in town The big chicken has everything you want in a chicken sandwich. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The fries and macaroni are great also. The restaurant is clean and organized. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I will be back again.
